Overview
The AI Risk & Governance Diagnostic is a contract-based, fixed-scope assessment designed to provide organizations with a clear, defensible view of AI risk exposure across selected AI use cases.
The diagnostic evaluates how AI systems are actually designed, deployed, and operated, rather than relying on policy statements or aspirational controls. It is intended for organizations seeking structured insight and prioritization without engaging in a full audit, certification, or long-term advisory engagement.
Scope of Assessment
The diagnostic covers AI use cases, either currently in production or planned for deployment.
For each use case, the assessment evaluates:
Governance and accountability structures
Data handling and privacy controls
Regulatory and compliance risk exposure
Operational safeguards and human oversight
Risk documentation and decision traceability
